Terms & Conditions for the Quote Four Raffle Prize

On behalf of the East Anglian Air Ambulance

Dereham Carnival July 22^nd 2018

• You do not have to donate to the EAAA to enter the raffle
• You do not have to enter the raffle to donate to the EAAA
• The raffle will be drawn on Saturday 28^th July and announced on Facebook.
• The prize winner will be informed by phone and or email.
• The raffle prize is a 30-minute helicopter flight over London.
• If air traffic control or weather does not permit a flight over London, you will be flown to a local country hotel for tea.
• If air traffic control or weather does not permit a flight on the day, then your flight will be rearranged.
• The flight will leave from Denham Airfield close to the M25 in North London.
• The prize winner will be responsible to getting to and from the airfield.
• The prize winner must arrive at least 30 minutes before the allocated flight time.
• The pilot will liaise with the prize winner for the flight schedules & times.
• The prize winner can take two guests. Three people in total.
• Passengers will be subject to weight distribution loads to be decided solely by the pilot.
• You cannot exchange the prize for a cash alternative.
• You cannot exchange the prize for an alternative.
• You agree to have your photos taken and or filmed for marketing.
• The prize must be taken within six months of the Dereham Carnival.
• You will be subject at all times to the authority of the air Traffic Control and or the pilot.
• Quote Four Ltd reserves the right to update and or amend the terms at any time.
